This rifle is a one of a kind. It was given to Revan Jekvin, as a gift.
Characterisitcs[]
It is the first rifle that Taiidan Arms has ever built for non-UGI personnel. In fact it is the only rifle ever built for non-UGI, when they designed it they didn't take note of how they built it and made sure it wasn't as powerful as most UGI weaponry due to the possible security risk. It can incapacitate a Taiidan, but it cannot kill them. The best features of the weapon are actually that its reticle feeds information about the target into his HUD as well as it "talk" to him through a chip installed on Revan Jekvin's helmet. The Rifle has a DUMB ai installed on it as all UGI rifles do. It was designed to only respond to Revan Jekvin's DNA structure, cornea as well as a subdermal chip placed inside the helmet that allows the rifle to work. Without the helmet the Rifle is inert and Revan was never seen with it off during combat. What makes this rifle a "Heavy Rifle" is one thing, this rifle doesn't have the range of a Sniper Rifle but in the range it has it is as powerful as some. This rifle is fully automatic and is the only UGI weapon ever built to utilize several ammo types. When Revan runs out of High Impact Plasma all he needs to do is find a weapon possibly IFP and take its power cell and load it into this rifle and it is now a phaser rifle.
After The War[]
After the war and Jekvin's death the DKR-1 Elminator is displayed in the newly created Corporate War Memorial Museum on the first of the Artifical Moons originated from AulTech Technology. It is displayed in the main lobby while outside the memorial are two 900ft statues of Captain Jekvin and Admiral Nathanials. On the hundred foot marble pedstal they stand on are names written upon the walls of all those who lost their lifes fighting in the war. To compensate for the lack of space other smaller statues where set up to allow more space to write the names of each person lost.
The DKR-1 Elminator is protected by UGI security personel.
